November 30, 2022 — Ensinger PolyTech, Inc., a subsidiary of high-performance injection molder Ensinger Precision Components, Inc. has purchased the assets of Poly-Tech Industrial, Inc. Founded in 2001 by Dan Cedrone, Poly-Tech Industrial has become known for its technically-oriented solutions, combining high-performance material knowledge with practical application experience.

“We are known for the quality of our final product, whether it be material selection assistance, a CNC machined component, or engineering assistance with component design,” Cedrone said.

The acquisition includes the purchase of Poly-Tech’s Huntersville, NC facility, and most importantly the talents and invaluable experience of its entire team.

Combining Capabilities to Improve Customer Value

Ensinger’s John Tremblay, who will lead the new entity as Vice President and General Manager remarked, “We are thrilled for the opportunity to partner with Poly-Tech’s team in expanding Ensinger’s offerings for our customers. Ensinger Precision Components specializes in injection molding of high-performance thermoplastic parts and near-net shapes, as well as PEEK tubes and the Plastock® line of mechanical drive components. Bringing these capabilities together with Poly-Tech Industrial’s innovative design and manufacturing acumen will enable users to seamlessly take their application ideas from infancy to commercial maturity.

Dan Cedrone will join Ensinger as Director – Technical Sales and Application Development.
